There was no mention of the shanks having different break point? Different people have different arch shapes and need their shanks to bend higher or lower so they can get over the platform. These shanks looked like they were all fully reinforced. Is that the only option provided for this new model, or can you select the same reinforcement you had with the shanks used in Joy II?
Hi there! Thanks for the comment. The Alina shoes come with three different strength shanks - strong (grey), medium (blue), and soft (pink). However, additional shanks can be purchased separately and those come in 15 different options in varying strengths and breaking points. Im a dance teacher, and have been for 28 years. There is a tap step that I just cant remember the name or break down and its like it left me. It starts off with a stamp out to the side and then the other steps are shuffle jump toe step. Like one arm is up the other pointed down with the stamp. then its a brush i think and a shuffle hop toe step can you do that or figure out the name?
